Bullseye Bearing and Range (BoBR) is a specilized application designed for military pilots who need to communicate position off of a selected latitude and longitude.

Simply select the latitude and longitude of your Bullseye - the app does the rest. BoBR will calculate the proper magnetic variation for the selected Bullseye and include an initial great-circle bearing heading from that point to your current location.
